This platform will integrate AI-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and service delivery across multiple departments such as waste management, public works, and community services. By employing a no-code/low-code framework, the solution allows government employees with minimal technical expertise to customize workflows and reports, enhancing productivity and reducing dependency on IT support. Key technologies such as Kubernetes for container orchestration, Redis for efficient data caching, and ElasticSearch for powerful search capabilities will be utilized. Additionally, WebSockets will be implemented for real-time communication, ensuring seamless collaboration among departments. Payment processing via Stripe and user authentication through Auth0 will be integrated to provide secure transactions and access control. The platform's multi-tenancy structure will allow for easy scalability and adoption by multiple municipalities, making it a versatile tool for public administration.
