Real-time Property Insights Platform for Enhanced Market Positioning

As a growing player in the residential real estate market, we face the challenge of harnessing vast amounts of data to gain timely insights into property trends, prices, and consumer behavior. The proposed project aims to build a real-time property insights platform using leading-edge data engineering technologies. By leveraging Apache Kafka for event streaming, Spark for data processing, and Snowflake for data warehousing, the platform will enable our company to analyze market shifts and consumer preferences dynamically. Additionally, Airflow will be utilized for orchestrating data workflows, and dbt for transforming analytical data. This 12-16 week project will focus on establishing a robust data pipeline that ensures data quality and observability while supporting MLOps practices for continuous model deployment. By the project's end, we aim to have a scalable and efficient system that provides valuable insights and enhances our competitive edge.
