Real-time Data Pipeline Optimization for Human Rights Advocacy Impact

We are a rapidly growing organization in the Human Rights & Advocacy industry, dedicated to promoting justice and equality worldwide. To maximize our advocacy impact, we need to improve our existing data infrastructure, enabling real-time insights into global human rights conditions. We aim to build a robust data pipeline that processes high-volume streaming data efficiently and supports real-time analytics. This involves implementing Apache Kafka for event streaming, utilizing Spark for large-scale data processing, and orchestrating workflows with Airflow. Additionally, we intend to develop a data mesh architecture to decentralize data management and enhance data observability for improved monitoring and debugging of data processes. The project will require integration with Snowflake and BigQuery for data warehousing and will leverage Databricks for collaborative data science efforts. The end goal is to transform our data capabilities, allowing us to act swiftly and effectively on global human rights issues.
