Real-time Data Pipeline Integration for Quality Assurance in Beverage Production

As a mid-sized player in the Food & Beverage Production industry, quality assurance is critical. We face challenges with inconsistent product quality and inefficient data management during production. We are looking to develop a robust real-time data pipeline that integrates with our existing systems to monitor production metrics effectively. Leveraging technologies such as Apache Kafka for event streaming and Spark for real-time analytics, we aim to capture and analyze data from various production stages. This project will involve setting up data workflows using Airflow, transforming data with dbt, and storing it in a scalable platform like Snowflake or BigQuery. Our goal is to implement a seamless data mesh that provides visibility and insights into our production processes. The project will lead to reduced waste and improved product consistency, aligning with market demands for high-quality beverages.
