Real-time Data Pipeline Development for Enhanced Crime Prediction and Prevention

As part of our company's mission to leverage data for public safety, we are initiating a project to build a real-time data pipeline. The goal is to integrate multiple data sources such as social media feeds, public crime records, and IoT devices data to generate actionable insights for law enforcement agencies. The project involves the development of a scalable and resilient data architecture using Apache Kafka for event streaming, Spark for big data processing, and Snowflake for data warehousing. Airflow will orchestrate our data workflows, while dbt and Databricks will be employed for transformation and analytics. The pipeline will enable real-time analytics and reporting, crucial for crime prediction and proactive measures.
