Real-Time Analytics Platform for Enhanced Corporate Training Insights

In the rapidly evolving landscape of Corporate Training, there is a growing necessity to adapt and respond to learner behaviors and preferences in real-time. This project aims to build a comprehensive real-time analytics platform to bridge the gap between data collection and actionable insights. We plan to integrate state-of-the-art data engineering technologies such as Apache Kafka for event streaming and Apache Spark for processing large datasets. Our platform will harness the capabilities of dbt for data transformations and Airflow for orchestrating workflows, ensuring data is timely and accurate. The integration with data warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery will allow for seamless scalability and accessibility of data insights. Additionally, with data observability and MLOps practices, we will ensure data reliability and model accuracy, providing training teams the ability to rapidly iterate and improve training modules. This initiative will enable our company to better understand learner patterns, predict future training needs, and ultimately enhance the educational impact and ROI of our training programs.
