Optimizing Public Health Cloud Infrastructure for Enhanced Data Management

As a scale-up in the Public Health industry, we are experiencing significant growth in data-driven initiatives to support public health interventions and decision-making. Our current cloud infrastructure requires optimization to handle our expanding data volumes more efficiently and securely. We seek an experienced Cloud & DevOps professional to lead this initiative. The project involves implementing GitOps practices for streamlined deployment processes, employing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform to ensure scalable and manageable infrastructure, and enhancing observability across our systems using Prometheus and Grafana. Additionally, we aim to implement robust security automation to protect sensitive health data, and a multi-cloud strategy to optimize resource allocation and cost. The successful completion of this project will significantly enhance our ability to deliver timely and effective public health solutions. This is an urgent need to ensure compliance with upcoming regulatory requirements and to maintain our competitive position in the market.
