Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Optimization for Global Business Travel Operations

In the competitive business travel industry, our enterprise company faces challenges in maintaining a seamless experience across global operations due to our existing fragmented cloud infrastructure. We are initiating a project aimed at optimizing our multi-cloud environment to enhance performance, security, and operational efficiency. The project requires the implementation of GitOps principles and Infrastructure as Code using technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker, to enable consistent and automated deployments. Moreover, integrating Prometheus and Grafana will improve system observability, allowing us to better monitor and manage resources. Security automation is a key component, ensuring that our infrastructure is protected against evolving threats. We expect the consultant to leverage Jenkins and ArgoCD for continuous integration and delivery, supporting our shift towards a more agile and resilient infrastructure. The successful execution of this project will not only reduce operational costs but also significantly improve the customer experience for our clients worldwide.
