Multi-Cloud Infrastructure Automation for Real Estate Development Platform

As a scale-up in the competitive real estate development sector, our company is experiencing accelerated growth, necessitating robust and flexible cloud solutions. We manage multiple applications critical to our operations, from project management tools to client-facing platforms. Our current cloud infrastructure, spread across various providers, lacks cohesion, resulting in inefficiencies and increased management overhead. To address these challenges, we are embarking on a project to automate our cloud infrastructure leveraging GitOps and Infrastructure as Code. This initiative will involve configuring and deploying using Kubernetes for container orchestration, Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines. Enhanced observability will be achieved through Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring real-time insights into system health and performance. ArgoCD will facilitate continuous delivery with GitOps principles, automating deployments across environments. The project must be completed within 8-12 weeks, with a strong emphasis on security automation to protect sensitive data. A budget of $15,000 to $50,000 is allocated for this critical transformation.
