Multi-Cloud Deployment Optimization for Dynamic Supply Chain Management

As a growing startup in the supply chain management industry, we are facing challenges with our current cloud deployment. We aim to build a robust multi-cloud infrastructure that can dynamically scale while ensuring security and performance. This project focuses on implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, and integrating continuous deployment pipelines with ArgoCD. Additionally, we need to set up comprehensive observability with Prometheus and Grafana and ensure security automation across our infrastructure. Our goal is to achieve seamless operations and agility to better serve our clients with a responsive supply chain solution. We are looking for a consultant who can guide us through these technical enhancements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Time is of the essence, and we aim to complete this project within a tight timeline of 4-6 weeks.
