Infrastructure Automation and Observability Enhancement for Scale-Up Hardware Company

As a scale-up in the hardware & electronics sector, we are experiencing rapid growth, necessitating the enhancement of our cloud infrastructure to support increasing operational demands. We seek to implement a more streamlined and efficient environment by leveraging GitOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. The project will involve setting up Kubernetes clusters orchestrated via Terraform, with seamless deployments using ArgoCD. Additionally, we aim to bolster our observability stack by integrating Prometheus for metrics collection and Grafana for visualization, enabling us to gain deeper insights into system performance and health metrics. Security automation is another critical focus, ensuring our cloud deployments adhere to the best security practices, reducing vulnerabilities and manual intervention. The selected freelancer will work closely with our internal DevOps and IT teams to design, implement, and test these solutions, ensuring they align with our growth trajectory and technical requirements. The desired outcome is a robust, scalable cloud infrastructure capable of supporting our current and future needs while maintaining operational excellence.
