As a scale-up in the Utilities (Electric, Water, Gas) sector, we are focused on revolutionizing how utility companies monitor and manage resource consumption. We aim to develop a SaaS platform that enables real-time consumption tracking, billing automation, and predictive analytics through AI integration. The platform should incorporate no-code and low-code features to allow utility managers to customize dashboards and workflows without extensive IT involvement. Key functionalities include multi-tenancy to support various utility companies, API-first architecture for seamless integration with existing systems, and real-time collaboration tools to enhance communication across departments. The platform will utilize microservices, Kubernetes for scalable deployments, and technologies like Redis and ElasticSearch for data caching and search capabilities. WebSockets will ensure real-time updates, and integration with Stripe and Auth0 will streamline payment processing and user authentication.
