Development of a SaaS Platform for Real-Time Seafood Supply Chain Optimization

The seafood and aquaculture industry faces significant challenges in managing complex supply chains that include harvesting, processing, and distribution. To address these challenges, we aim to develop a comprehensive SaaS platform that optimizes each stage of the supply chain. Leveraging microservices and Kubernetes, the platform will provide real-time tracking and forecasting capabilities driven by AI. It will support multiple tenants, such as suppliers, processors, and retailers, ensuring seamless integration and data sharing. Key features include a no-code/low-code interface for customizable workflows, API-first interactions for seamless integration with existing systems, and real-time collaboration tools utilizing WebSockets. The platform will incorporate ElasticSearch for advanced data analytics, Redis for efficient caching, and secure payment processing through Stripe. Additionally, it will ensure user security via Auth0. This project is crucial for enhancing supply chain transparency, reducing waste, and maintaining regulatory compliance, ultimately leading to increased profitability and sustainability for stakeholders.
