Development of a Progressive Web Application for Real Estate Asset Management

As a leading player in the PropTech industry, our enterprise seeks to build a robust web-based platform to transform our real estate asset management processes. The application will be developed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) leveraging modern web technologies such as React, Vue.js, and TypeScript for a seamless, responsive user experience across devices. The platform aims to integrate Micro-frontends architecture for modular development, enabling scalable and maintainable codebases. We also intend to use WebAssembly for performance-critical functions, enhancing computation efficiency for complex data processing tasks. Additionally, the application will employ GraphQL to efficiently handle data retrieval and WebRTC for real-time communication features, facilitating prompt tenant interactions. Three.js will be used to provide 3D visualizations of properties, enhancing user engagement. This project targets property managers, investors, and tenants, offering them an intuitive interface to manage assets, review performance metrics, communicate and access services efficiently. Edge computing and Serverless architecture will ensure rapid deployment and scalable, cost-effective operations.
