Development of a Progressive Web Application for Citizen Services Portal

Our organization is a scale-up in the Government & Public Administration sector, focused on modernizing citizen interactions with public services. We are embarking on a project to develop a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that will act as a centralized portal for accessing various government services. The goal is to streamline processes such as permit applications, public record access, and community engagement, making them more accessible and efficient for citizens. The project involves using cutting-edge technologies such as React, Vue.js, and Next.js to ensure a responsive, high-performance web experience. Key features include real-time communication facilitated by WebRTC, data visualization through Three.js, and serverless architecture to maintain high scalability and reliability. The PWA will also leverage Edge computing to reduce latency and provide a seamless user experience across devices. We are looking for a development team with expertise in TypeScript and GraphQL to work closely with our internal IT department.
