Development of a Progressive Web App for Chronic Patient Management

As a mid-sized healthcare provider specializing in chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension, we are keen on improving how we manage patient data and interactions. Our goal is to develop a Progressive Web App (PWA) that functions seamlessly across devices, ensuring healthcare providers can access and update patient information in real-time. The application should leverage modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, and GraphQL to provide a dynamic and responsive user experience. The PWA will include features like patient profile management, appointment scheduling, real-time notifications, and integration with existing electronic health records (EHR) systems. Furthermore, the use of WebRTC will enable video consultations, reducing the need for in-person visits. This project aims to reduce administrative overhead, enhance patient engagement, and improve health outcomes by offering a user-friendly platform that is accessible anytime, anywhere.
