As a small to medium enterprise dedicated to animal welfare, we recognize the growing demand for specialized products that cater to pets and their owners. Our goal is to create a personalized e-commerce platform that offers a unique shopping experience, focusing on products that promote animal health and well-being. This project involves setting up a headless commerce architecture to ensure flexibility and scalability, using Shopify Plus as the backbone. Key features include advanced search functionality powered by Algolia, subscription models for recurring products, and social commerce integration for enhanced community engagement. We aim to incorporate personalization tools to tailor product recommendations and provide an AR try-on feature to visualize items such as pet apparel and accessories. Payment processing will be facilitated via Stripe and PayPal, ensuring secure and convenient transactions. The successful completion of this project will position us as a leader in the niche market of animal welfare e-commerce, driving increased sales and fostering customer loyalty.
