Development of a Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform for Real-Time Collaborative Learning

Our company, an SME in the Education & EdTech industry, is launching a new project to develop a SaaS platform that enhances digital learning experiences through real-time collaboration and personalized educational paths. The platform will utilize AI to tailor content and learning paths to individual student needs, improving engagement and performance. Additionally, the platform will offer no-code/low-code tools for educators to easily create and manage courses, facilitating broader adoption and customization. Key technical requirements include developing a microservices architecture hosted on Kubernetes for scalability, employing Redis and ElasticSearch for performant data handling and search functionalities, and implementing WebSockets for real-time interactions. The platform will also integrate Stripe for seamless payment processing and Auth0 for secure user authentication. With a flexible multi-tenancy model, we aim to serve a diverse range of institutions, from small tutoring centers to large universities. The successful completion of this project will establish our platform as a leader in the EdTech space, fulfilling the growing demand for digital transformation in education.
