Development of a Citizen Engagement Mobile App for Local Government

As a small to medium-sized local government agency, we are committed to improving the way we interact with our citizens. Our goal is to develop a cross-platform mobile application that empowers residents with easier access to public services. The app will feature robust functionality including service requests, real-time city updates, AR-based city guides, and AI-driven chat support for frequently asked questions. With React Native or Flutter as the primary development frameworks, the application will be designed to ensure seamless performance on both iOS and Android devices. Integration with existing municipal systems via Firebase ensures continuity and data integrity. Additional features include push notifications for city alerts, interactive maps, and IoT connectivity to enhance smart city initiatives. This project not only aims to enhance civic engagement but also to streamline public administration by reducing bureaucratic layers.
