In this dynamic role, I spearheaded organizations expansion efforts from BPO to an Advertising Agency, forging strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in an evolving landscape Freelance Marketplaces. 1). Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, and potential business opportunities within the IT industry.
2). Identify and qualify leads through various freelance platforms, networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
3). Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and pain points to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
4). Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the agency's capabilities, value proposition, and solutions to prospective clients.
5). Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables with clients to secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the agency's goals and objectives.
6). Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project initiation, ensuring smooth handover of client requirements, expectations, and deliverables to project managers and execution teams.
7). Establish and maintain profiles on freelance platforms (e.g., Elance, Odesk, Upwork, Freelancer) from scratch, optimizing profiles for visibility, credibility, and engagement.
8). Continuously optimize agency’s profiles on Freelance Marketplace and Linked in to attract qualified leads, increase visibility, and leveraging keywords.
9).
